Non-Government Teachers’ Registration & Certification Authority NTRCA has published the 13th Teachers’ Registration Exam Circular on 24 February, 2016. 13th NTRCA Exam will be held for two levels- School Level & College Level. In 1st step 13th NTRCA exam candidates will have to appear in Preli test and those who will pass the Preli test will be appeared in written exam.
